Residential Approval - Brentnall Street, Norman Park

The Planning Place has successfully obtained approval for Reconfiguring a Lot (2 into 2 Lots), Partial Demolition in a Traditional Building Character Overlay and Multiple Dwellings (4 Units) at 69-71 Brentnall Street, Norman Park. The proposal sought performance solutions regarding lot dimensions and bulk and scale of the dwellings. Recent approvals issued by Council, including 34 Aubigney Street, Annerley (Council reference: A004020212) were used as precedence to argue the proposed developments would be sited in a manner consistent with the surrounding area. The approved Multiple Dwellings will be in compliance with the performance criteria for Multiple Dwellings.
