An up-to-date list of recent Subdivision Approvals obtained by The Planning Place

Residential SealSMART Approval - Lyndhurst Road, Boondall

The Planning Place has successfully obtained SealSMART approval at 208 Lyndhurst Road Boondall. The original development application involved Reconfiguring a Lot, resulting in two small lots (Council reference: A004537694, approved December 2016). The scope of works involved a compliance assessment demonstrating compliance with the conditions of approval.
