CHANGE TO APPROVALS

Often a site has a pre-existing approval but does not stack up. The Planning Place can assist you with the redesign and communication with Council to change the approval. Under the Sustainable Planning Act a wider range of change of development approval can be made provided it is not a major change which would require a new application.

 


Change to Approval - Guilfoyle Street, St Lucia

The Planning Place has recently received approval for the Extension of a Currency Period for an approval given for two house development at 67 Guilfoyle St, St Lucia. This approval was given due to a required extension of the approved plans due to the additional time required to allow obligations to be met and development finance received.

The Planning Place has recently received approval for a Change to existing Development Approval for a change to development approval for a House in an Environmental Protection Area at 169 Chelsea Rd, Ransome. This approval involved the successful lodgement to the Brisbane City Council.

This approval involved the successful court negotiation on conditions associated with activity times, noise issues, and carparking. This process also involved mediation meetings with Council and production of supplementary reports by The Planning Place.


Change to Approval - Industrial Ave, Wacol

The Planning Place has recently received approval for an additional 180m² shed at 19 Industrial Avenue Wacol in the Brisbane City Council area. This approval was for a change to the existing approval.
