The Planning Place has recently received approval for a House in a Demolition Control Precinct and on a Small Lot at 4 Grosvenor St, Yeerongpilly. This approval involved assessment of the Character Code, Small Lot Code, and Stephens District Local Plan.

This application involved impact assessment of the South East Queensland Regional Plan, Logan Planning Scheme, Non Urban and Conservation Locality Zones Code, and House, Group Dwelling and Caretaker's Dwelling Code.

The Planning Place has recently received approval for Operational Works: Earthworks to establish two rock retaining walls at 14 Islandview Tce, Ormeau Hills. This approval involved assessment of the Gold Coast Planning Scheme including the Detached Dwelling code and Changes to Ground Level and Creation of New Water Bodies code.

This application involved assessment of the proposal against the Advertisements Subordinate Local Law 2005 and the Local Law No. 1 (Control of Advertisements). The application sought additional signage to what was previously approved.
