Onthe 4th of February, 2016, The Planning Place successfully obtainedapproval for a Dwelling House on a Small Lot in a Traditional BuildingCharacter Overlay at 27 Chermside Street, Grange. A pre-lodgement meeting wassought regarding not incorporating design elements to comply with performanceoutcomes of the Traditional Building Character (Design) Overlay Code despiteremaining consistent with the surrounding development and locality. This wasdeemed to be a minor non-compliance and disqualified from RiskSMART procedures.The design was then rectified to ensure a timely assessment via RiskSMART couldensue.
