On the 7th of August, 2015, The Planning Place successfully obtained approval for Dwelling House Extensions in a Biodiversity Areas overlay at 104 Dillon Road, The Gap. The proposal sought improvement through proposed renovation built-in underneath the existing dwelling for bedrooms, kitchen, living area and laundry. Hydrologists and fire engineers reports were also sought to achieve a successfully accepted development.
