The Planning Place has successfully obtained Preliminary Approval and a Development Permit for a Dwelling House at 7 Fred Street, Camp Hill. The two-storey dwelling house involved design features including a double garage and entry hall, four bedrooms, a media room, family and dining room and a deck. The development triggered a code assessable development application where non-compliant with the Dwelling House (Small Lot) Code. It was argued that the proposed non-compliances relating to setbacks were suitably minor and achieved the performance outcome. The approved dwelling is designed to ensure natural light, sunlight and breezes are provided.
