The Planning Place recently obtained development approvalfor a Dual Occupancy at 39 Campbell Terrace, Wavell Heights (Council’s Reference: A005060811).  There was aneed to negotiate with adjoining landowners for stormwater drainage consent fora piped drainage system.  We were able to obtain Council’s support forpartial demolition of pre-1946 parts of the existing house and new reardwelling having a rear boundary wall setback of 5m instead of 6m.
