The Planning Place has successfully obtained approval for two new Dwelling Houses on Small Lots at 35 and 37 Price Street, Oxley. The lots are currently subject to an existing approval (A004451623) for a realignment of boundaries creating two small lots. The recent approvals involve dwelling houses each featuring a double garage and entry hall, a family/dining kitchen space, a study room, a laundry, two bathrooms, four bedrooms and walk in robe. The proposals were subject to Code Assessment due to minor non-compliances with the Dwelling House (Small Lot) Code, and were read in conjunction with one another.
