21 Chatsworth Road, Greenslopes

On the 4th of December, 2015, The Planning Place successfully obtained approval for Multiple Dwellings (8 Units) at 21 Chatsworth Road, Greenslopes. This development incorporated the raising and constructing underneath of the existing dwelling to create one (1) unit, as well as establishing seven (7) new units to the rear. The Planning Place obtained approval for the development with additional yield in the form of a third storey. Several Performance Solutions were also successfully accepted including the two (2) built to boundary walls and the proposed size of communal open space areas. As seen in the photographs below, construction is now underway.  


  


51 Real Street, Annerley

On the 4th of November, 2015, The Planning Place successfully obtained approval for Multiple Dwellings (6 Units) at 51 Real Street, Annerley. This development incorporated the raising and constructing underneath of the existing dwelling to create two (1) unit, as well as establishing five (5) new units to the rear. The Planning Place obtained approval for the development with additional yield in the form of a third storey. Several Performance Solutions were also successfully accepted including the partial demolition of the existing house as well as front and side boundary setbacks of the new units. As seen in the photographs below, construction is now underway.
