Recently, The Planning Place has obtained approval for a new Dwelling House on a Small Lot at 4A Melon Street, Mansfield. The approved design features a double garage and entry hall, a family, dining kitchen space, a media room, a laundry, a bathroom and four bedrooms.
The development proposed performance solutions that were considered appropriate against AO2.1 and AO2.5 of the Dwelling House (Small Lot) Code due to the lot’s irregular shape and, subsequently, triggered a code assessment development application.
Once constructed, the proposed dwelling will be consistent and complement the built form and boundary setbacks prevailing in the street and local area.
