Brisbane Town Planning Firm, The Planning Place has obtained Development Approval for a Material Change of Use at 205 Wynnum North Road, Wynnum. The application was lodged through Brisbane City Council’s RiskSMART approval system. This development triggered town planning assessment as it is a new house in a Demolition Control Precinct, requiring assessment again the Residential Design – Character Code under the Brisbane City Plan 2000. Note the character elements incorporated in the design such as a traditional pitched roof and horizontal lightweight cladding.
