CHANGE TO APPROVALS
The Planning Place has recently received approval for the Extension of a Currency Period for an approval given for two house development at 67 Guilfoyle St, St Lucia. This approval was given due to a required extension of the approved plans due to the additional time required to allow obligations to be met and development finance received.
Brisbane Town Planning Firm, The Planning Place has recently obtained development approval for a change to the existing approval over the land located at 44 Cintra Rd, Bowen Hills. The application was lodged through Brisbane City Council.
Brisbane Town Planning Firm, The Planning Place has recently obtained Development Approval for a change to an existing approval for the previously obtained approval at 94 Elliot St, Hawthorne. A change to an existing approval can be performed as long as the existing approval is still current (approvals are valid for up to 4 years from the date of approval) and the changes are rules as generally in accordance with the existing approval.
Town Planning Firm, The Planning Place has recently obtained approval from Moreton Bay Regional Council for a change to the existing Development Approval over the land situated at 66 – 78 Saltwater Circuit, Narangba. It was proposed to build and additional shed on the site that was not part of the original approval.
