The team at The Planning Place are incredibly helping but more importantly if it's your first time engaging a town planner they are fantastic at explaining things for someone who has never been through the process before. I have worked for two of the major builders here in QLD and I have sent many clients to this team for subdivisions and all of my clients have raved about them.
