Ian, Andrew and the rest of the team perform efficient reviews of sites for us and have completed full DA resubmissions efficiently and effectively in SEQ. I have been happy with their commitment to customer experience and detailed and complete work.

We utilised The Planning Place to help us with a subdivision project (one lot into two lots) in Bardon recently. There was a lot of work involved with coordinating a range of different consultants and providing a strong submission to the Brisbane City Council. It took some time to get the whole process through but finally we got our Development Approval for the splitter...a great outcome. Thanks to Jamie and Ian and the team at The Planning Place who helped us at every step of the project to get this approval across the line. I would definitely use TPP again for future property development work.
